Stand-Alone Dust Collector


Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange). Coarse particles fall directly into the ash hopper or storage bin. The gas passes through filter bags, where dust is trapped on the bag surfaces. Cleaned gas flows into the clean air chamber via the bag openings and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.

Product introduction

(1) Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the filtration chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange). Coarse particles fall directly into the ash hopper or storage bin. The gas passes through filter bags, where dust is trapped on the bag surfaces. Cleaned gas flows into the clean air chamber via the bag openings and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.

When dust accumulation increases the system resistance to a preset value, the timer relay (or differential pressure controller) triggers the programmable controller to activate pulse valves sequentially. Compressed air is injected through nozzles to clean the bags, causing sudden expansion and dislodging dust into the ash hopper. After cleaning, the system resumes normal operation.

★ Wide Applications: Used in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemicals, mining, and other industries for non-fibrous dust control.

★ Modular Design: Available in 6 standard sizes, each with two configurations:

    ● Type A: Standard design with an ash hopper.

    ● Type B: Open-flange design (no ash hopper).

★ Key Components: Filtration chamber, filter bags, clean air chamber, ash hopper, discharge valve, pulse jet system, and electrical control box.

★ Sealed Construction: Welded housing with silicone-sealed inspection doors to prevent air leaks.
