Soundproof doors are primarily designed for noise insulation. They are constructed using sound-absorbing materials, cold-rolled steel plates, or stainless steel plates for the door panels, with rubber sealing. Key features include a multi-layer composite structure, specialized soundproofing design, resistance to high temperatures and aerodynamic loads, availability in single-leaf, double-leaf, or sliding configurations, optional observation windows, reliable sealing, and smooth operation. Specialized soundproof doors are mainly used in laboratories and exhaust ducts. Complete products (including door frames and panels) are available, along with technical guidance for installation and commissioning. Pre-embedded components should be installed during civil construction, and custom designs can be tailored to client requirements.
