What are the solutions for problems with wastewater treatment equipment in VC production?

However, the valves in VC wastewater treatment equipment can experience various issues with frequent use. 1. Damage to gate valves and other sealing components in VC wastewater treatment equipment. This is caused by improper material selection or the frequent use of valves on pipelines as regulating valves, leading to wear on the sealing surface due to high-speed media. In this case, we need to identify the cause of the damage and replace the sealing components with other materials. When dealing with high-pressure water or water with many impurities, avoid using shut-off valves as regulating valves.
2. Leakage in the sealing chamber. The main causes are improper selection or packing methods, and quality issues with the valve stem. First, select the appropriate packing and use the correct method to pack the packing in the sealing chamber.
3. Incomplete sealing. Before installing the valve, follow the installation procedures, such as cleaning the dirt inside the valve cavity. Welding slag, rust, mud, sand, or other impurities left from previous mechanical work can easily cause scratches, dents, and other defects on the sealing surface, leading to valve malfunctions in the water treatment equipment.
Currently, public concern about wastewater treatment, coupled with national and municipal policy adjustments, has overseen investment in urban discharge and urban wastewater treatment. The emergence of VC wastewater treatment equipment has shown the public that not only is the investment cost low, but the treatment efficiency is also relatively high.
