In cold regions during winter wastewater treatment, particular attention should be paid to antifreeze and insulation for outdoor pipelines, gates, pumps, and other equipment. In upgrading wastewater treatment plants, in addition to improving the industrial wastewater zero-discharge equipment process and strengthening nitrogen and phosphorus removal functions, wastewater treatment equipment upgrades, process control, and hydraulic condition optimization should not be overlooked. Industry professionals suggest using non-clogging pumps and variable frequency equipment to increase the efficiency of industrial wastewater zero-discharge equipment, reduce energy consumption and operating costs, and decrease equipment maintenance rates.
