1. Influence of filter bag material; The raw material of dust collector bag should be selected according to the blocking of fine dust, the small hole of warp and weft map of textile, the fine warp and weft map, the long and elastic fluff of textile, which can cover the holes and have compressive strength.
2. Influence of high temperature on dust collector bags. When the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 160 ℃, the ambient temperature has a significant direct impact on the service life of the dust collector bag. With the increase of temperature, the loss of the service life of the dust collector bag gradually increases, and the filter material will be damaged. Therefore, the exhaust gas temperature should be strictly controlled during operation, and the occurrence of long-term overheating operation and short-term temperature surge events should be avoided.
3. Influence of filtration velocity on dust collector bags. Filtration velocity is an important factor to measure the performance of dust collector. For flue gas with high dust concentration, fine particles and high abrasion, the filtration velocity should be selected smaller, otherwise, a larger wind force should be selected.
4. Influence of destructive ash removal on dust collector bags. In order to ensure that the pressure difference of the dust collector bag is maintained within the allowable range, the ash adhering to the surface of the dust collector bag should be cleaned regularly.

(1) Large operating resistance
Possible causes: ① Condensation water bags; ② Pulse solenoid valve does not start or is damaged; ③ Air pressure is too low; ④ When the pulse solenoid valve works, the lift valve does not close tightly; ⑤ One or more lift valves are closed.
Troubleshooting: ① Unblock the air to increase the temperature, enhance natural ventilation and improve the heat insulation of the dust collector and pipeline; ② Maintain or replace the pulse solenoid valve; ③ Check the air supply and air compressor; ④ Check the lifting valve and ash removal control board.
(2) Pulse solenoid valve does not start
Possible causes: ① Power off or failure of ash removal control board; ② Dirt in the pulse solenoid valve, always leaking air; ③ Pulse solenoid valve coil burned out; ④ Air pressure is too low.
Troubleshooting: ① Repair the power supply system or maintain the ash removal control board; ② Carefully clean the pulse solenoid valve; ③ Replace the pulse jet valve coil; ④ Check the air supply system and refrigeration compressor.
(3) Lifting valve does not start
Possible causes: ① Power off or failure of ash removal control board; ② Cylinder failure or jamming; ③ Cylinder electro-hydraulic reversing valve coil burned out; ④ The cylinder solenoid valve is dirty, the air inlet is blocked or the valve core is dry and cannot move; ⑤ Air pressure is too low.
Troubleshooting: ① Repair the power supply system or maintain the ash removal control board; ② Carefully clean and maintain the cylinder; ③ Replace the electro-hydraulic reversing valve coil; ④ Check the air supply system and refrigeration compressor.
