After a period of use, the dust removal bag will age. The root cause is as follows: 1. Abnormal continuous high temperature leads to hardening and reduction. 2. Reaction caused by contact with acid, alkali or solvent vapor. Reaction with moisture.
2. Blockage of dust removal bag
When the dust removal bag is blocked, the frictional resistance increases, and the reading of the pressure gauge increases. This kind of bag blockage easily causes wear and tear, breakage, or falling off of the bag. In this case, temporary dust removal can be carried out to eliminate the blockage of the bag. Or partially replace the bag, and adjust the equipment and operating conditions.
3. The dust removal bag is not suitable to be hung too loose or too tight
If the dust removal bag is hung too loose, dust will accumulate. If it is hung too tight, it will often damage the bag. Unused bags should first be cleaned with compressed gas, and then checked for holes. When some dust removal bags have small-area damage, old bags or new filter cloths of the same material can be used to repair the holes. The repair method is to use a mixture of silicone rubber and asphalt for bonding. As long as the application temperature, chemical properties and process conditions of the adhesive are consistent. Generally, dust removal bags are gradually worn out, and the main causes of damage are the cutting force of dust, mildew caused by continuous high temperature, and chemical corrosion. When the cutting force of dust is strong, the bottom of the dust removal bag is more severely damaged, and the increase in system capacity leads to an increase in filtration speed, which can also accelerate damage. If the bag is clogged with dust, rinse it with water, dry it and replace it.
Usage standards of Henan dust removal equipment:
1. Regularly measure the process indicators of the bag dust collector, such as dust content, temperature, concentration, etc. If there are any abnormalities, the cause should be found and properly handled;
2. For timed dust removal control boards, the accuracy of the dust removal cycle should be measured frequently. Regularly maintain the pressure controller, check whether the pressure gauge port is blocked, and clean it;
3. If the pulse jet valve malfunctions, it should be cleaned in time. If there are residues or water inside, it should be cleaned. If the pulse damper is damaged, it should be replaced regularly;
4. Managers should understand the basic principles, characteristics, and applicable scope of bag dust collectors, and be proficient in optimization and processing methods;
5. After starting the Henan dust removal equipment, first connect the compressed gas to the air storage tank, connect the control power supply, and run the ash conveying equipment. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be run first;
6. The reducer, ash discharging device and other mechanical equipment moving parts of the bag dust collector should be refueled and the oil should be changed. If any abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated in time.
