  In recent years, filter material production technology has developed rapidly, and product quality has been significantly improved, making a huge contribution to China's environmental protection. However, some problems always arise in practical applications, which is largely related to our understanding of filter materials.   1. Aromatic polyamide fiber filter material

  Among the many filter materials in bag dust collectors from bag dust collector suppliers, its acid resistance and hydrolysis resistance are slightly poor. It is mainly used for complete desulfurization or low-sulfur flue gas filtration in circulating fluidized bed boilers. Nomex has strong alkali resistance and is an ideal material for handling high-temperature corrosive gases. In addition to being widely used in various industrial furnaces, polysulfone amide (PSA) fiber also has good dimensional stability and corrosion resistance, and has been used abroad for flue gas purification in coal-fired boilers below 260°C.

  2. PPS fiber filter material

  In the filter materials of bag dust collectors from bag dust collector suppliers, it is an excellent material with high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance, long-term temperature resistance of 190℃, and instantaneous temperature resistance of 240℃. It can resist chemical corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and oxidants; it has good hydrolysis resistance and is especially suitable for high-humidity flue gas. It is used in pulse bag dust collectors and bag dust collectors for municipal waste incinerators, power plant boilers, coal-fired boilers, hospital incinerators, and combined heat and power boilers. Polyphenylene sulfide fiber can also be used to replace other synthetic fiber filter materials that are not resistant to high temperatures, chemicals, and moisture. However, PPS has poor oxidation resistance and cannot be used when the oxygen content in the flue gas exceeds 15%.

  3. P84 fiber filter material

  Long-term temperature resistance of 230℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of 260℃; it is made of polycondensation polymer materials and is not resistant to hydrolysis; it is a non-thermoplastic composite fiber, and its wear resistance to pulse cleaning is stronger than that of glass fiber. Therefore, under working conditions where the design requires improved wear resistance, P84 can be used to replace traditional glass-molded fibers or hybrid systems; its excellent acid and alkali resistance makes it widely used in bag dust collectors and coal-fired industrial dust treatment. Its oxidation resistance is better than PPS filter material, but its acid resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and alkali resistance are slightly poor. Suitable for purification of low-sulfur boiler flue gas.

  4. PTFE fiber filter material

  Long-term temperature resistance: 260℃, instantaneous temperature resistance: 300℃; it can be used for a long time in the range of -180℃~260℃, with a high strength retention rate at high temperatures; it is a filter medium with good chemical corrosion resistance used in bag dust collectors, capable of withstanding corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and strong oxides, and has good hydrolysis stability and flame retardancy.

  5. EPTFE membrane-covered filter material

  Long-term temperature resistance of 260℃, instantaneous temperature resistance of 300℃, small surface filtration resistance, and easy dust layer shedding; it can quickly and effectively intercept micron-level ultrafine dust; because the surface of the EPTFE microporous membrane is smooth, non-condensing, and easy to remove ash, and the porosity does not change after dust removal, the coated filter material will not increase the pressure loss with the extension of use time after the enterprise is put into production; the filter bag has a long service life. Low-resistance, long-life polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane coated filter media are becoming increasingly attractive in the dust treatment and flue gas purification industries.
