A layer of filter layer should be stored on the surface of the dust removal bag (do not remove the filter layer that has already been collected on the filter material). This should be considered when designing the dust removal strength (including dust removal frequency).
2. The pressure difference setting point for dust removal bags that must be cleaned should be set effectively according to the application of the dust removal bag. The pressure difference setting point should not be set too high, otherwise, fine dust particles will be embedded too deep into the dust removal bag in a short operating time, affecting the service life of the dust removal bag. In the later stages of the service life of the dust removal bag, because more fine dust particles have been embedded in the dust removal bag, the frequency of dust removal will increase.

In essence, the ideal dust removal process is that dust removal begins when the pressure difference between the front and rear of each dust removal bag exceeds the preset value, and ends when the pressure difference drops to a preset value.

Therefore, the general dust removal process is designed based on the pressure difference between each filter module and the duration of the pressure difference change. Under normal circumstances, the dust removal system will automatically perform dust removal (“timed dust removal” or “uniform dust removal”) according to the measured parameters and the pre-set dust removal procedures.
If necessary (e.g., measurement component failure, abnormal operating conditions, etc.), manual operation can be switched to perform dust removal. Of course, the PLC control cabinet has audio-visual alarm functions. When abnormal conditions are detected, it will promptly issue an alarm, reminding the operator to pay attention and take emergency measures.
