The production base is located in the Xin'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xin'an Park, in the western part of Luoyang City, the "ancient capital of nine dynasties." It is closely connected to National Highway 310 and the Lianhuo Expressway, and is 30 kilometers from Luoyang Airport, making transportation very convenient. Our services include dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification, VOCs waste gas treatment, odor control, online monitoring, maintenance, and environmental protection services. Products are widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and power environmental protection industries at home and abroad, and are well-received by new and old customers both domestically and internationally. The company has one office building, four workshops, and one dormitory building. According to the needs of development, we are now publicly recruiting for the following positions:
I. Sales Director (2 positions)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Through various channels, responsible for organizing customer development and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets;
2. Responsible for collecting and organizing customer information, mastering and maintaining customer relationships;
3. Train, motivate, and evaluate subordinate employees, and assist subordinate employees in completing assigned task indicators;
4. Assist sales personnel in the team in customer negotiations, provide professional support, and jointly maintain relationships with key customers;
5. Lead the team to formulate and achieve departmental performance goals; formulate and plan business processes, collect and analyze industry information, and develop markets.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in marketing. Age 22-45, with more than three years of sales experience. Those with experience in the same or related industries will be given priority.
2. Possess market development capabilities, organizational and coordination abilities, and comprehensive product solution and planning capabilities.
3. Possess a keen market awareness, adaptability, leadership ability, and independent market development ability, strong logic, good verbal communication skills, and good customer service awareness.
4. Strong pressure resistance and love for sales work.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Base salary + commission + performance + team bonus (including year-end bonus, sales champion, runner-up, and third-place awards, outstanding employee awards, and performance breakthrough awards, etc.);
2. Four days off per month, social security paid after 3 months of employment.
II. Online Marketing (20 positions)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products;
- Complete departmental sales targets according to the online marketing plan;
- Develop new markets, cultivate new customers, and expand product sales;
- Responsible for collecting market information in the region and analyzing competitors;
- Responsible for planning and executing sales activities within the sales region and completing sales tasks;
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans with customers.
Qualifications:
1. Junior college or above, female, age 22-45, 1-2 years of online sales experience, outstanding performers preferred, recruiting graduates;
2. Proficient in computer operation, fluent Mandarin, quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and affinity;
3. Possess certain market analysis and judgment capabilities, and good customer service awareness;
4. Responsible and able to withstand considerable work pressure;
5. Team spirit and willingness to take on challenges.
Salary and Benefits:
1. 1800-9000 RMB/month (basic salary + commission + performance), no upper limit;
2. Four days off per month, social security paid after 3 months of employment.
III. Our company is recruiting riveters, welders, CNC operators, and general workers on a long-term basis.
1. Age: 22-45 years old;
2. Junior high school education or above;
3. Those with special operation certificates and work experience are preferred;
4. Salary: 3000-8000 RMB (depending on individual work level).
